Cross country skiing

Head to "The Frozen North" with this itinerary which alternates between snow-bound clearings and forest. You'll start along the shores of Montriond lake, the third biggest lake in Haute-Savoie. In winter, you'll be able to appreciate its frozen expanse, surrounded by forests and cliffs where numerous small frozen waterfalls spurt out.
